Sore throat? Drink lots of fluid, avoid eating fried foods.. or just some good Manuka honey will do...

When we have sore throats, we tend to feel the pain and dislike swallowing anything. I told my children, if you have sore throat, it is time you learn drinking water or eat some honey.

Sore throats usually comes with inflammation, some serious some not. It is read and swollen most of the time and gives you the pain when swallowing.

Remedy?
Drink a big glass of water, sip a teaspoon of Manuka honey and swallow them slowly, trying to distribute the honey to our inner throat, thus letting it do the healing job. Drink it at least 3 times a day and you can continue for 3 days or till your sore throat is healed.

Drink more fluids than usual. Why? It will dilute the amount of bacteria acting on your throat thus flushing them away. So, once these bacteria are not living there in colonies, it will not harm you any longer.

To stay away from sore throat or inflammation, learn to drink fluids as much as one can. Of course not too much as to an alarming amount. One should learn to be reasonable and optimistic about natural cures....

Well, no harm done, right? No antibiotics, no medicine, no pills, no injections... just go for natural curing...
