A girl of aged 12 came to see me, she was complaining stomach discomfort for quite a few months... nothing seems to help..

She is a young slim nice looking girl. She came with her mother. Her mother has been bringing her to see many doctors and the stomach discomfort still prevailed.

I checked her pulse. I was not too surprised of what went wrong with her. Do you know what I said to her mother?

'What do you always buy when going to the supermarket or to the market? Do you make the choice or let your daughter choose the food that you want to buy?' She answered me that it is always her daughter who made the choice... when buying..

The daughter will always choose;
instant mee,
hotdogs
frozen goodies
frozen chicken wings
soft drinks
colored sweets
canned foods
titbits
bread
chocolates
biscuits

She has been eating all these things for quite a long time. These are junk foods or rubbish foods. It is out of ignorance that we buy these foods to be consumed daily forgetting those fruits, vegetables and other natural foods.

I told her mother that she should stop eating all these rubbish foods and learn to eat some fruits and vegetables. If she can change her diet, then she will be healed.

Her digestive system is not working well, the good bacteria disappearing, upseting and unbalancing her stomach's prebiotics and probiotics. I recommend her 1 box of nutrilite Nutribifidus to take 30 days, one stick a day. And advised her on the change of diet towards a healthier food pyramid. A change of diet, omitting out rubbish foods and learning to eat more fresh vegetables, cooked and raw.

After one month, she can continue talking multiple chewables and protein, a scoop or two a day.
And she is still maintaining her simple multi vitamins and she is growing up well and strong.

It certainly works. I didnt meet her anywhere until half a year. She has no complains on stomach discomfort from that day onwards. At least two years later, I did saw her again. Wow, she has grown at least 1 foot taller than before. She looks so much healthier and happier.

I am happy for her.
