Gut health is becoming increasingly important as we are more inclined to consume high fat and low fibre diet. Such diet creates an imbalance of "good" bacteria versus "bad" bacteria in the gut. This has been shown to have a direct link to the rise of chronic diseases.
All of us should be responsible for our own health. But there are times when we are not aware of what goes wrong and need someone [a professional or a doctor] to find out our problems and to CURE us.
