Streptococcus
  • Helps reduce lactose intolerance and reduce incidence of diarrhoea
  • Supports digestion of dairy products.
  • Long been recognised for its health benefits, thus widely used in traditional fermented foods such as milk products and yoghurts.

Lactococcus

  • Produces lactic acid which alters intestinal environment, making it unsuitable for pathogenic bacteria.
