A lady used to call me up for health advices and emotional guides.. She has lately felt very stressed and moody and fear.. She couldn't sleep well at night, always waking up for the toilet and then not going to sleep anymore.
I listened to her situations, I took her pulse, I as well shared many stories of how many people can get well by self affirming positives..
So, I have drafted some homework for her.. This is what I told her... For those who are stressed because of unstable negative emotions.... try this...
[1] take 2 pieces of paper .. write on one paper all those fears and worries that you are facing now...
[2] on the other piece of paper, write all good wishes, good things that are happening to you..
Continue for a week... this is called self analyse.. One must be aware of where he or she is stuck.. To her dismay, the paper which is positive writing is quite empty.. She has been self-affirming negatives into her nerves, her body..
What we allow our mind to dwell on will be what we will become...
It is not a change of diet but a change of mind.... dwell on positive attributes, positive words, positive self affirming... have someone to help write out good words, good thoughts and be involved in good actions...
For the negative piece of paper, deleting is not enough.. forgetting is the answer...
Reformat... reprogram our brain system.. and our systems will only then revitalize.. and thus one can be a better and healthier person.... heed this...
