Sometimes we feel upset stomach, rushing to toilets with watery stools... sugar and salt comes handy here...




Sometimes, we rush to toilets and having very watery stools and acute stomach pain.. well, we are far away from any doctors... so what can we do?

Just get to your kitchen, get a small pinch of sugar and salt, dissolve them into half cup of lukewarm water and drink.. Sometimes just one drink is enough to stop the watery stools... but if the condition continues, go for another few drinks at 4 hours interval.. It is the minerals that will keep the whole thing well..

Try it... most of the time, it works unless it is severe indigestion or diarrhea.

When you have flu... with running nose and need SWEATING... get a pail of hot water, dip your feet inside..





















When one is just starting sneezing.. with watery nose... and feeling unwell, get a pail of hot water.. of course not too hot as to scald your feet done, but just hot enough to soak both of your feet into it...

Wait, it creates miracles... you will start sweating and feeling so much better.. Repeat several times 4 hours interval... soon your flu will disappear...

Another great experience that I have is for those who always have cold feet and cool nostrils, always sneezing in the morning.. He or she can have her both feet soaked in hot water for a month or more...

It aids her blood circulation at the same time, helps hasten detox. It doesn't costs us too much money nor time, right? But it works..

Listen.. You can add
[1] grind black pepper [2 tablespoon] into the hot water
[2] sliced ginger

while soaking your feet to have better results.. it is up to you if you can get those ingredients in your home...
